1. Design visually engaging marketing collaterals, including brochures, pitch decks, infographics, and email creatives.
2. Develop static and motion graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
3. Design ad creatives for digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
4. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to brainstorm and visualize new ideas.
5. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual language across all touchpoints.
6. Create basic UI mock-ups for landing pages, microsites, and promotional web pages.
7. Maintain and organize design assets for efficient re-use across campaigns.
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Canva, ChatGPT, Figma, Wireframing and prototyping, After effects, and Illustrator.
1) Strong portfolio showcasing marketing campaigns, social media designs, and UI work.
2) Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and Canva.
3) Good sense of typography, layout, and colour theory.
4) Familiarity with social media best practices and content trends for B2B/B2C.
5) Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
6) At least 2-6 months of experience.
