About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3 years of hands-on experience in designing user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with clients, product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to define user requirements and design goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Design user interfaces that are attractive, responsive, and accessible.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experiences.
• Translate complex business requirements into elegant design solutions.
• Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and AI technologies.

Required Skills :

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and good hands-on on Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience in creating interactive prototypes and wireframes.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to present design ideas clearly.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
