UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer with 12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and enhancing user interfaces for various platforms. - Generating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows as per project requirements. - Conducting user research and usability testing to enhance designs. - Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Maintaining consistency in design language and brand guidelines. - Presenting design concepts and user flows to team members and stakeholders. - Keeping abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 12 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma. - Strong grasp of user-centered design principles. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design would be advantageous. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional attention to detail and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred skills include experience with design systems, motion graphics or animation tools, familiarity with accessibility standards, UI optimization, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
