Role Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and effective user interfaces for our trading platforms and related financial applications. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly design solutions. Your primary focus will be on enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and overall aesthetic of our products. Key Responsibilities - Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups, and interactive prototypes for complex trading applications. - Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. - Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. - Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks. - Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and polish solutions. - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing. - Ensure designs are consistent with brand identity and overall product strategy. - Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, particularly in the fintech space. - Effectively communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web applications, particularly data-intensive or financial platforms. - Proficiency in Figma is essential for creating high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications. - Must be proficient in front-end technologies including React, Next.js, CSS, and Tailwind CSS. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Knowledge and practical experience with AI-assisted design tools and technologies (e.g., v0.dev or similar) for rapid prototyping and UI generation. - Ability to design for complex information systems, ensuring clarity, usability, and efficiency. - Experience with creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. - Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences. - Good communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Skills & Qualifications - Experience designing interfaces for trading platforms or financial data analysis tools. - Experience conducting user research and usability testing. - Ability to work in an agile development environment.
