Following are the Brief points of the Job requirements

• Have a solid ability to study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and provide creative,thoughtful solutions.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive Web product strategy and design experiences thatwork well for our customers.Communicate the user expEerience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams,storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes.
• Contribute to and participate in our design critique process.Be a source of inspiration for the other team members.
• Good experience in Web and mobile-specific product and UI design, including apps for Android and iOS.
• Have a design portfolio with examples of UI/UX and web design work showing your keen eye for good design and attention to detail.

2. Must Have Skills

Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements

• Able to create original graphic designs (e.G. Creative Images, Sketches, and illustrations)
• Proficient with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Prototyping tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, XD).
• Ability to build and coordinate design artifacts (flows, journey maps, service blueprints, wires, mocks,prototypes, specs, related documentation)
• Experience with internal Unit quality testing

3. Primary Skills:

Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements

• One must have a basic knowledge of illustration design and have few hands on it. It will also be an additional advantage.
• Are a highly collaborative team player and are comfortable sharing work early and often.
• Are opportunity oriented, self-motivated, proactive and don't wait to be told what to do, and are always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and evolve as a designer
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation writinLg and delivery.

• Along with UI/UX skills, graphics skills will be an additional advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,438.00 - ₹44,021.00 per month
