Role Overview

We're seeking a versatile UI/UX Designer & Developer who can handle the complete frontend development lifecycle - from conceptualizing user experiences to implementing responsive websites.

Key Responsibilities

Design:

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Develop user personas and journey maps for business clients.

Design intuitive interfaces that communicate our solutions clearly.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Conduct user research and usability testing.

Development:

Build responsive, fast-loading websites using modern frontend technologies.

Implement designs with attention to detail and cross-browser compatibility.

Optimize for performance, SEO, and accessibility.

Integrate with backend APIs.

Ensure mobile-first, responsive design principles.

Required Skills

3+ years experience in both UI/UX design and frontend development

Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)

Strong frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Vue.js

Experience with responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)

Understanding of UX principles and design thinking methodology

Knowledge of version control (Git) and deployment processes

Portfolio showcasing both design and development work.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for B2B/enterprises.

Knowledge of energy, tech, or industrial sectors.

Basic understanding of backend technologies.
