UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Ctruh Technologies, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications. Your role will involve creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with product objectives. Collaboration with product managers and developers is essential to ensure the feasibility and consistency of designs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred. - 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Expertise in designing responsive and accessible interfaces. - Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. - Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment. - Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
