Job Description

UI/UX Designer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create visually appealing and user-friendly UI/UX designs specifically for
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
Build and style UI components using
CSS
,
HTML
, and
JavaScript
aligned with best practices and branding guidelines.
Use
Figma
or similar design tools for wireframing, prototyping, and design handoff.
Ensure consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility in all UI/UX designs.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve design quality.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices relevant to Salesforce and LWC development.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience in
UI/UX design
for
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
.
Proficient in
JavaScript
,
CSS
, and
HTML
for frontend development.
Hands-on experience with
Figma
for UI design, wireframing, and prototyping.

Desired Skills:

Advanced knowledge of
CSS3
,
HTML5
, and
JavaScript ES6+
.
Familiarity with Salesforce platform and its design system (SLDS) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams and adapt to fast-changing requirements.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Relevant certifications or training in UI/UX design is a plus.
