Job Details:

Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Architect to lead the design and user experience strategy for enterprise and consumer-facing applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in user-centered design principles with strong technical acumen to deliver intuitive, visually compelling, and highly functional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the UI/UX architecture for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other industry standard tools.
  • Establish and enforce design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards. Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions.
  • Mentor and guide design teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory), plus experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Proven ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for design feasibility discussions.
  • Familiarity with user analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics) for data-driven design decisions.
  • Certification in UX Design or Human-Centered Design principle
