Uipath Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy

  UiPath automation workflows

  for business processes.
• Work closely with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to optimize automation delivery.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain bots using

  UiPath Orchestrator

  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation solutions.
• Document process designs, technical specifications, and best practices.
• Ensure automation solutions adhere to

  security and compliance standards

  .
• Participate in

  code reviews

  and provide feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Continuously explore and implement

  improvements

  in automation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  .

• .NET or Selenium experience would be an added advantage

  for this role if not they should be willing to learn when they join us
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in

  UiPath Studio and Orchestrator

  .
• Strong understanding of

  RPA lifecycle

  and

  process automation methodologies

• Experience with

  Selenium C#, VB.NET, or Python

  for scripting and integrations.
• Familiarity with

  Advanced Developer Certification

  preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

  AI/ML integration

  within RPA solutions.
• Exposure to

  Power Automate

  ,

  Automation Anywhere

  , or

  Blue Prism

  .
• Knowledge of

  document understanding

  and

  OCR tools

  (e.g., Abbyy, UiPath Document Understanding).
