About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer who can translate user needs into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  
• Develop responsive front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
  
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately.
  
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
  
• Analyze user behavior and data to drive UX improvements.
  
• Ensure accessibility, consistency, and performance across platforms.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer, Designer, or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies:
  

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

• Experience with frameworks like

  React, Angular, or Vue

  (optional based on role).
• Proficiency in design tools:

  Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
  
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple and elegant experiences.
  
• Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.
  
• Understanding of design systems and component-based UI.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with animation/motion design (Lottie, CSS animations).
  
• Understanding of UX writing and micro-interactions.
  
• Knowledge of frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite) and version control (Git).
  
• Basic understanding of usability analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics).
  
• Experience working in agile/scrum teams.
