UI-UX Designer

As an Experience Design professional at EY, you will significantly contribute to the design of new digital user experiences and enhancements to existing digital experiences by leveraging your sound knowledge of the user experience journey. You will evaluate findings from user research and produce wireframes and prototypes to enhance the level of engagement and satisfaction that a user derives from the product. **Responsibilities:** - Produce user experience wireframes and prototypes, considering user needs and user journeys to execute less complex design efforts - Actively participate in brainstorms, critiques, and collaborative sessions alongside multidisciplinary teams to contribute to product insight and innovation - Develop design documentation such as style guides and pattern libraries in partnership with Visual Designers to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes - Support the organization and facilitation of meetings and workshops aligned with project phases and client goals - Assist in presenting to and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders - Identify and escalate potential business opportunities on existing projects **Technical Skills & Knowledge:** - Good knowledge of UX design including Wireframes, Information Architecture, and Usability - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, and Adobe Suite - Understanding of experience design principles and processes **Experience:** - Some UX design experience in a web and/or digital product environment **Typical Education:** - Computer Science - Human Computer Interaction - Interactive Media - Interaction Design - Human Factors - Cognition Psychology - Cognitive Science - Informatics - Design **Skills and Capabilities:** - **Storytelling and Presentation Skills:** Good UX designers excel at storytelling, which helps in persuasion, problem framing, strategy, and vision. - **Research:** Inquisitive thinking, exploration, investigation, and learning through observation are essential in UX design. - **Ability to Hear and Accept Feedback:** Early and frequent feedback helps in providing validation points to create a better product. - **Collaboration:** UX is a collaborative engagement, requiring collaboration with stakeholders, teams, and other designers.
