Squidy is an AI-driven platform based in USA that empowers innovators by connecting them with capital to build what people truly want.We are looking for a UI/UX Engineer who can design and implement intuitive, elegant, and high-performing user interfaces. You’ll be at the intersection of design and engineering shaping how users interact with the Squidy ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

Proficiency in:Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or SketchFrontend: Next.js (React 19+), TailwindCSS, TypeScriptUI Libraries: Shadcn/UI, Lucide Icons, Framer MotionResponsive Design & Accessibility (WCAG standards)Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction designExperience in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testingAbility to translate product requirements into clean, scalable UI componentsFamiliarity with design systems, component libraries, and frontend performance optimizationKnowledge of AI-assisted design or design automation tools is a plusMinimum 5–6 years of experience in UI/UX or Frontend EngineeringDegree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)

What You’ll Do

Design and build modern, responsive dashboards for founders and investorsDevelop and maintain consistent design systems across all Squidy productsCollaborate with product, AI, and backend teams to bring features to lifeConduct user testing and refine experiences based on data and feedbackOptimize UI for performance, accessibility, and scalabilityEnsure every pixel serves a purpose — combining beauty with usability

Bonus Skills

Motion design or micro-interactions using Framer MotionFamiliarity with AI UX, Chat-based interfaces, or data visualizationKnowledge of Persona, Stripe, or Plaid interfaces is an added advantage
