UI Developer

We are seeking a talented UI Designer to craft exceptional user experiences. As the ideal candidate, you should possess a keen eye for clean and artistic design, demonstrate excellent UI skills, and have the ability to transform high-level requirements into seamless interaction flows and visually appealing interfaces. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product management and engineering teams to devise and implement innovative solutions that align with the product vision. You will be tasked with overseeing all visual design stages, from conceptualization to final delivery to the engineering team. Your creativity will be crucial in simplifying complex design challenges and enhancing user-friendliness. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with product management and engineering to introduce creative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. - Take charge of all visual design aspects, from initial concepts to final handover for development. - Generate original ideas that streamline user interaction and overcome design obstacles. - Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design concepts. - Present and justify designs and major deliverables to colleagues and senior stakeholders. - Conduct user research and assess user feedback to enhance designs. - Establish and enforce design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Requirements: - Proven experience in UI design. - Demonstrable UI design skills showcased in a robust portfolio. - Strong background in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery & Bootstrap for rapid prototyping. - Exceptional visual design capabilities with a focus on user-system interaction. - Ability to articulate and advocate for your designs to diverse stakeholders. - Creative and effective problem-solving skills. - Stay updated on the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.,
