Role Overview: As a software engineer working in the area of Software Engineering, your main responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and optimizing software solutions and applications. You will apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems, as well as contribute to research, design, development, and maintenance activities. Your role will involve exercising original thought and judgment, supervising other software engineers, and collaborating with stakeholders as a key team player. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods. - Develop and apply software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance activities. - Exercise original thought and judgment in supervising the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. - Build skills and expertise in the software engineering discipline to meet standard expectations for the applicable role. - Collaborate effectively with other software engineers and stakeholders as a team player. Qualifications Required: - Fully competent in software design, software development principles, and related programming concepts. - Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and lead a team in software design and development activities. - Proactive in understanding client needs, offering advice, and formulating innovative solutions. - Capable of working under pressure, driving the team towards technical and commercial success, and managing project costs. - Skilled in explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences and motivating team members. - Establishes informal networks with key contacts outside the immediate area.,
