UI Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality designs that align with business goals and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and user-centric interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with UX designers to transform wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity visual designs.
• Create UI components, style guides, design systems, and prototypes.
• Ensure design consistency across products by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
• Work with developers to implement designs, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and responsiveness.
• Conduct UI reviews and provide feedback during the development cycle.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends, design tools, and technologies.
• Optimize existing user interface designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience as a UI Designer in a software or IT environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects across different platforms (web, mobile, tablet).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, grid systems, typography, and color theory.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
• Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams is desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, HCI, or a related field.
• Experience designing for SaaS or enterprise-level applications.
• Familiarity with design systems like Material Design or Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
