UI Architect

As a UI Architect at Adobe, you will be responsible for ensuring that software technology aligns with business requirements. Collaborating with different engineering teams, you will oversee the development of scalable and maintainable web applications. With over 12 years of relevant experience, you will work closely with AEM Architects to create a unified technical implementation and toolset for applications. Your responsibilities will include defining development technology and platforms, establishing standards and processes, and collaborating with Backend Architects to formulate a vision for Frontend architecture. You will lead the implementation of technical initiatives, review the team's work to ensure adherence to architecture decisions, and provide guidance to align solutions with industry best practices. To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of successful solution delivery, experience in front-end web development, and familiarity with component-based architectures such as React and Redux or Vue. Additionally, experience with high volume ECommerce websites or CMS platforms, along with a clear understanding of software design patterns, is essential. Your commitment to quality, ownership, and continuous learning in technology advancements will be key to driving strategic growth and maintaining a competitive edge. Your technical skills should encompass expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, as well as familiarity with web performance optimization and Accessibility guidelines. Proficiency in version control tools, front-end development tools, and building PWA applications is required. Moreover, a strong understanding of unit testing best practices, continuous integration processes, and security principles is necessary for success in this role. As an integral part of the Adobe team, you will be expected to adhere to software development standards, Agile methodologies, quality assurance practices, and standards governance. Your ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize web performance, and champion new ideas will contribute to the continuous innovation and success of Adobe's digital experiences.
