Job Description

We are looking for a UAV Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in the drone industry. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of drone design, prototyping, and testing. You will be involved in designing, developing, and improving UAV systems while working closely with our design and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test UAV systems and components.
• Apply aerodynamics and UAV structural concepts to improve performance.
• Work with CAD/design software for modeling and analysis.
• Coordinate between design and manufacturing teams.
• Review part drawings and select appropriate materials.
• Manage and work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Support UAV flight tests and troubleshoot technical issues during development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the UAV/drone industry.
• Strong understanding of aerodynamics, propulsion, and flight mechanics.
• Knowledge of UAV structures, including primary and secondary members.
• Experience with design software.
• Familiarity with UAV avionics, flight controllers, sensors, and telemetry.
• Understanding of composite materials like carbon fiber is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
