Assess the student s current understanding and customize teaching methods to suit their needs. Prepare study material and practice questions for regular evaluation. Maintain regular communication with Add-Ins Education about the students progress. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Accounts, or related fields (Master s degree preferred). Prior experience in teaching Accounts for Cambridge or similar boards. Excellent knowledge of the subject and Cambridge curriculum. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to teach offline and manage one-on-one sessions effectively. Preferred Skills: Patience and adaptability in teaching styles. Strong organizational skills to prepare customized lesson plans.
