Joining our team means being part of a company that is dedicated to providing reliable power solutions for a sustainable future and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusivity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate design engineers and technicians within your discipline (mechanical design, thermodynamics, mechanical calculations). - Issue and check technical reports, calculation notes, or drawings. - Manage the technical interfaces with other disciplines. - Prepare and lead engineering design reviews for your discipline. - Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of the design documentation for your discipline. - Manage the technical interface with the Client and project team for your discipline. - Provide feedback experience to the group. - Ensure that Nuclear Safety Items and Activities are Identified and closely monitored. - Plan and secure ITNS Gates Reviews. - Follow company EHS rules. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience: 5+ Years engineering experiences in Design office (energy, oil & gas, aerospace, special machineries). - Behavioural And/or Technical Know-how: - Manufacturing processes and non-destructive testing fundamentals. - Demonstrated strong mechanical-design fundamentals. - Rigorous and processes oriented. - Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills. - Strong autonomy. - Decision-maker. - Language Skills: English - fluent (speaking, listening comprehension, reading, and writing).,
