Key

1. Program Design & Delivery

• Develop and execute end-to-end Soft Tissue Expertise Program (STEP) modules for surgeons and hospital teams across regions.
• Deliver standardized, procedure-specific training programs covering Urology, General Surgery, GI, and Hernia procedures.
• Design simulation-based, hands-on, and virtual learning experiences for different customer segments.
• Launch Train-the-Trainer and Proctor Development Programs to expand certified faculty base for robotics.
• Conceptualize and manage case observation programs, field ride reports, and continuous learning frameworks.

• Replace traditional PPT-based training with immersive facilitation tools (whiteboarding, virtual learning platforms, AR/VR aids).
• Curate bite-sized procedural learning modules (Procedural Par Excellence) for continuous reinforcement.
• Develop competitive intelligence and business acumen programs (CIA) for internal and partner stakeholders.
• Customize learning journeys for new procedure launches, ensuring alignment with market needs and surgeon capability.

• Partner with Marketing, R&D, and Clinical Affairs to align training with new product introductions and key therapy focus areas.
• Support Commercial Teams in capability enhancement and customer engagement through clinical education.
• Collaborate with regional and global training teams to ensure consistency and compliance with global standards.
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to co-develop procedural curriculum and assess clinical outcomes.

• Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) for hospitals and robotic surgeons to identify competency gaps.
• Measure training effectiveness through pre- and post-program assessments, observation reports, and NPS metrics.
• Track cost-effectiveness and ROI of training interventions through impact measurement frameworks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to support compliance, audit, and continuous improvement cycles.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering / Life Sciences / Nursing / Allied Medical Field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 2–8 years of experience in clinical education or customer training within surgical robotics / advanced energy / medtech domain.
• Prior experience in designing and delivering multi-country training programs preferred (APAC / Emerging Markets exposure desirable).
• Certified trainer in robotic surgery or advanced surgical energy devices will be an advantage.
