Training Executive

As a Training Executive, you play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating employee/client training programs. Leveraging your academic background in management, you are responsible for aligning training initiatives with organizational goals. This position requires a blend of hands-on coordination and strategic planning to ensure the success of training programs. - Design customized training modules specifically focused on IT Technical Training. - Collaborate with senior management to align training outcomes with organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Schedule and oversee the entire process of conducting training sessions, whether virtual or physical. - Coordinate with internal trainers or external vendors to maintain the relevance and quality of the training programs. - Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for various training projects. - Serve as a bridge between leadership, trainers, and trainees to ensure alignment of expectations. - Address queries and feedback to continuously refine the training processes. Qualification Required: - MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields. - Mandatory skills include Strategic Communication, Project Coordination, and Training Needs Analysis. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. - Analytical thinking ability to derive actionable insights from training data. - Foundational knowledge of adult learning principles and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.,
