Job Description

We’re looking for an organized and energetic Learning Coordinator to support our Learning & Development initiatives at myG. The role involves managing training programs, coordinating with departments and brand partners, and ensuring smooth execution of all learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update master training data and reports.
  • Manage e-learning platforms and conduct product knowledge tests.
  • Coordinate with department heads and brands for training schedules.
  • Organize logistics for training sessions and follow up on completion.
  • Prepare and share training attendance and performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in training or coordination roles.
  • Strong communication, Excel, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for learning and people development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
