Role Description

This is a contract role for a Trainer, based on-site in Hyderabad. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering industry-aligned educational programs, conducting training sessions, and developing training materials. Additional tasks include evaluating trainee performance, providing feedback, and staying updated with the latest technological advancements to enhance the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Experience in training and development, instructional design, and curriculum development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with educational technology and e-learning platforms
• Knowledge of the latest tech industry trends and integration of cutting-edge technology in training programs
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Hyderabad
• Relevant certifications in training or education are a plus
