Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer in Public Sector Management at Amar Infotech, located in Ahmedabad. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, providing customer service, and preparing management development plans. Additionally, the Trainer will need to analyze training needs and prepare instructional materials accordingly.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing training needs and evaluating effectiveness
• Excellent Communication skills for delivering training sessions and interacting with trainees
• Experience and skills in Customer Service to support trainees and address their needs
• Proficiency in Training, including developing and delivering training programs
• Skills in Management Development for preparing and implementing development plans
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Relevant certifications in Training and Development or similar domain
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
