Trainee

Trinity International is offering an exciting 3-month internship program for freshers who are passionate about building a career in the travel and overseas education industry. Successful candidates will be considered for full-time employment after the internship period based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior staff in handling travel bookings, visa applications, and customer queries.
• Support in preparing tour itineraries, quotations, and documentation.
• Learn and work on marketing activities, social media promotions, and client communication.
• Maintain customer records and coordinate with vendors.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Final-year student in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Owning a laptop is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
