Trainee – Digital Product Configuration

What you’ll bring

• A bachelor’s degree (or in final year) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-1 year of experience; freelancers with higher experience are also welcome if open to join as a fresher.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, with basic knowledge of Visual Basic and Macros.
• A digital mindset with high learnability, adaptability, and curiosity.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Comfort in dynamic environments where external requirements changes frequently.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum or DevOps processes is a plus.

• Hands-on Impact : Be directly involved in creating, implementing, and maintaining product configurator models that drive real-world efficiency and user satisfaction.
• End-to-End Exposure : From analyzing workflows to testing platforms and suggesting strategic improvements — gain full-spectrum experience in product configuration projects.
• Work with Purpose : Help simplify complexity by guiding product families and structuring products to be more user-configurable and scalable.
