Job Description

Job Summary

The Trainee Software will be responsible for learning, supporting, and assisting in software development activities under the guidance of senior team members. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build strong technical skills in coding, testing, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development Support

Assist in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Participate in development tasks such as coding, debugging, and documentation.
Learn and follow coding standards and best practices.

2. Testing & Quality Assurance

Support unit testing, integration testing, and bug fixing.
Identify defects and work with seniors to resolve issues.
Assist in preparing test cases and test documentation.

3. Research & Learning

Learn new programming languages, frameworks, and tools as required.
Understand project requirements, system architecture, and workflows.
Participate in internal training programs, knowledge sessions, and technical reviews.
