Trainee - Project Management

The role of Trainee Project Management involves managing and executing projects related to international/domestic market research within strict deadlines and budget. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Additionally, you will need to develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines. Client and vendor interaction will also be a part of your responsibilities. As a Trainee Project Management, you should be a graduate/post-graduate (BBA/MBA) with excellent communication and analytics skills. Your job responsibilities will include handling internal/vendor interactions and launching processes for all domestic/international projects. You will also be required to handle ad-hoc projects independently, including client interactions. Training on panel tools to handle sampling requirements, sharing final IDs with vendors, preparing budget sheets, and creating closure documents and case studies for completed projects will be part of your duties. This role is based in Bangalore and requires flexibility to work in any shift. The working hours are Monday to Friday for 9 hours and Saturday for 4 hours.
