Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer network observability tools including
PRTG, ManageEngine Site24x7, LogicMonitor, Cisco ThousandEyes,
and
SolarWinds
.
Handle tool migration and ensure optimal performance and availability.
Integrate observability tools with
ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Develop automation scripts using
Python, Bash,
or
PowerShell
for data parsing and reporting.
Monitor hybrid cloud environments and ensure observability across
Azure
and
SD-WAN
infrastructure.
Work with telemetry protocols such as
SNMP, NetFlow, sFlow,
and
IPFIX
.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
Network Observability Tools
(PRTG, ManageEngine, LogicMonitor, ThousandEyes, SolarWinds).
Proficiency in
scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
.
Good understanding of
Azure networking and observability services
.
Hands-on experience with
hybrid cloud and SD-WAN monitoring
.
Knowledge of
telemetry protocols
and data flow analysis.
