Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ticketing Executive position at Salvia Travels in New Delhi. The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for ticket sales, communication with customers, handling reservations, and driving sales to enhance the overall travel experience for clients.
Qualifications
Ticket Sales and Sales skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Experience in reservations management
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of travel industry trends and products
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Experience with using online booking platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, GDS
