Job Description

TIBCO BW 5.x Integration Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain
integration workflows
using TIBCO BW 5.x and EMS.
Design and consume
SOAP/REST web services
for real-time and batch integrations.
Configure and manage
messaging systems
(EMS, JMS, ActiveMQ).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable middleware solutions.
Perform
unit testing
,
integration testing
, and
performance tuning
.
Document integration flows, schemas, and deployment processes.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in
TIBCO BW 5.x
development.
Strong expertise in
XML
,
XSD
,
XPath
, and
XSLT
.
Proficiency in
SOAP
,
REST
,
WSDL
, and service palette components.
Experience with
database integration
(SQL/PLSQL) and
file-based interfaces
.
Familiarity with
Java/J2EE
concepts and scripting for custom adapters.

Good to Have:

Exposure to
TIBCO Administrator
,
Hawk
, and
deployment automation
.
Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines
,
DevOps
, and
containerization
(Docker/Kubernetes).
Experience integrating with
SAP
,
Salesforce
, or other ERP/CRM platforms.
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure) and hybrid integration models.
