• Perform detailed testing of UPS systems, inverters, battery chargers, and related power electronics components to ensure performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Execute test plans for 2-level and 3-level inverter/rectifier systems, validating adherence to design specifications and industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL).
• Conduct functional, stress, and environmental tests to verify system durability in industrial environments.

• Collaborate with design, hardware, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of UPS systems during testing phases.
• Assist mechanical teams in validating packaging designs, ensuring compliance with IP41/42/54 standards for dust and water ingress protection.

• Ensure all tested systems comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Document test results, identify defects, and provide actionable feedback to support product enhancements.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues during testing, working with engineering teams to implement effective solutions.
• Optimize testing processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency while maintaining high-quality standards.

Technical Skills

• Proven expertise in testing UPS systems, inverters, and power electronics products.
• Hands-on experience with validation of 2-level/3-level inverter/rectifier systems and component performance.
• Knowledge of IP-rated enclosures (IP41/42/54) and mechanical packaging testing requirements.
• Proficiency with testing tools, including oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and diagnostic equipment.
