Join our esteemed Intelligent Edge teams within Schneider Digital! These teams play a pivotal role in delivering a secure, scalable software platform that facilitates safe connectivity for Schneider Electric products. The Core Services team, in particular, focuses on developing crucial cross-cutting services for this platform, encompassing identity management, authentication, authorization, auditing, notifications, and more. We are currently seeking a skilled Tester / QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and security of the services developed. In this capacity, your responsibilities will include validating deliverables, automating tests, and enhancing QA practices continually. **Responsibilities:** - Define and implement test strategies encompassing functional, non-functional, automated, and manual testing. - Create test plans, test cases, and automated scripts utilizing Python and Robot Framework. - Develop mocks and stubs to support testing in a stubbed environment. - Integrate tests into GitHub CI/CD pipelines and ensure their ongoing execution. - Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with developers, Proxy PO, and architects. - Execute test campaigns, analyze results, and report any identified issues. - Ensure comprehensive test coverage and traceability of requirements. - Contribute to enhancing QA tools and processes continuously. - Ensure services adhere to security, performance, and reliability standards. - Assist in producing technical documentation and quality reports. **Qualifications:** - 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably in an Agile setting. - Proficiency in Python and Robot Framework. - Experience with GitHub CI/CD pipelines. - Strong understanding of distributed architectures, REST APIs, and microservices. - Familiarity with security and performance testing practices. - Ability to thrive in a technically challenging team environment. - Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset. - Experience in IoT, cloud services, or Edge Computing is advantageous. - Fluent in English. **What We Offer:** - An opportunity to contribute to Schneider Electric's digital transformation mission. - The chance to enhance the quality of a globally utilized strategic platform. - A stimulating, collaborative, and innovation-driven work environment. - Join us and be a part of Schneider Electric's digital future!
