Join EY and shape your future with confidence. **Role Overview:** EY's Technology Consulting professionals bring a wealth of experience in working with major financial institutions to align their operating model and infrastructure with their business strategic objectives. The key service offerings cover various areas such as finance function transformation, customer and distribution effectiveness, operations, shared services/outsourcing support, performance management, program advisory, enterprise intelligence, risk management, and regulatory change. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain robust testing strategies and processes, ensuring proper implementation and adherence. - Participate in planning, estimation, and scheduling processes for all testing activities. - Execute functional, integration, system, and regression testing through Manual and Automation processes on wealth management applications like Aladdin and eFront. - Review application designs, interface requirements, and specifications to create comprehensive test plans and cases. - Implement and manage quality control standards, methods, and procedures to meet clients' and auditors' requirements. - Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to software quality throughout the software development process. - Coordinate with different teams and across workstreams to understand and incorporate their input in testing processes. - Maintain detailed records of test results and communicate them clearly to stakeholders and auditors. - Manage resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of outcomes. - Mentor, coach, and train the testing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Research and implement best testing practices, tools, and methods. **Qualifications Required:** - Good knowledge of Investment management and portfolio management across a variety of asset types and instrument variants. - Experience with investment platforms like BlackRock Aladdin/eFront, Simcorp Dimension, Bloomberg AIM, etc. - Proficiency in automation testing frameworks, SDLC methodology, and project management tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps. - Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical skills. - Experience with Eagle IBOR and BlackRock Aladdin is preferred.
