Job Description

• Work as a key member of the ServiceNow Testing team focusing on

  ServiceNow OMT Order Management or SOM Sales and Order Mgmt CPQ

  and other ServiceNow modules
• Conduct thorough functional testing to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test cases Utilize ServiceNow
• Automated Test Framework ATF for test automation where applicable Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices in testing methodologies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the ServiceNow testing landscape
• Leverage your 6 years of relevant experience to mentor junior testers and share knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design develop and execute functional test cases for OMT Order Management or SOM Sales and Order Mgmt CPQ and other ServiceNow modules
• Perform regression integration and system testing to validate end to end business processes
• Identify document and track defects ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams
• Utilize ServiceNow ATF and other test automation tools to enhance testing efficiency good to have
• Participate in requirements analysis test planning and estimation activities
• Prepare and maintain test documentation including test plans test scripts and test reports Engage with stakeholders to communicate test results risks and recommendations
• Support user acceptance testing UAT and provide postimplementation testing support
