Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Generate and qualify
sales leads
in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular
customer follow-ups
and maintain strong relationships.
Support
order closure
by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop
product specialization
in fluid handling systems (pumps, valves, heat exchangers, etc.).
Provide
after-sales support
and collect
CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) feedback

Gather
market intelligence
and competitor data to support strategic decision-making.
Assist in
marketing initiatives
, including technical seminars, presentations, and exhibitions.
