Territory Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Territory Manager to lead our institutional outreach and partnerships with colleges/universities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for education, a proven track record in institutional collaborations, and exceptional negotiation skills to drive our brand visibility and market penetration through effective BTL (Below the Line) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and schools.
2. Appoint and manage campus ambassadors to increase brand presence.
3. Execute BTL marketing activities such as seminars, workshops, fests, and events.
4. Build and manage a strong lead pipeline through field visits and cold outreach. By
5. Negotiate and close MoUs with academic institutions.
6. Maintain strong follow-ups with decision-makers (placement cells, directors, principals).
7. Ensure weekly/monthly reporting and performance tracking.

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of experience in institutional alliances (preferably -B2B- EdTech/Education domain).
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred: Experience working with placement cells, training & development teams. And knowledge of the regional education ecosystem.
