Tele Calling Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain customer database and update records regularly
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional interaction
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is a plus
