Job Description:

Minimum 1 Year Experience
Conduct outbound calls: Initiate phone calls to potential customers who have shown interest in kids' equipment or have expressed a need for such products.
Product information: Provide detailed information about the various kids' equipment available at the shop, including features, benefits, pricing, and any promotions or discounts.
Customer inquiries: Answer incoming calls from customers and address their queries regarding the products, payment methods, delivery options, and any other related information.
Order processing: Assist customers in placing their orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantities, and customer details.
Upselling and cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional kids' equipment or related accessories to enhance the customer's shopping experience and increase sales.
Database management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including contact details, inquiries, and sales transactions, in the shop's CRM system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
