Job description
We are hiring experienced and confident female Telecallers to join our dynamic team. The role requires handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining strong customer engagement, and achieving set targets through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound queries with a professional and polite approach.
Follow up with potential leads to ensure conversions.
Update customer details accurately in the database.
Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.
Provide valuable feedback to improve processes.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.
Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is mandatory.
Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English is required (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to convince and handle customer objections confidently.
Computer knowledge (MS Office/basic typing).
Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.
