Summary: This position is responsible for managing the analytical and reporting tools and data sets to produce valuable insights from our data that help improve the quality of the division's business; gaining a deeper understanding of the division data in order to plan, manage and control the activities of the team. You will be required to develop the organization's analytical capabilities by leveraging knowledge of analytical methods, research, and statistics used in quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Design and develop business reports, by identifying, gathering and analyzing data. Work with key Stakeholders to determine requirements and develop automated, dynamic, forward-looking management information reports to identify and manage trends and develop strategies for responding to actionable issues. Roles & Responsibilities: - Join daily scrum meetings - Developing the reports and dashboard in Power BI and SSRS. - Designing and documenting the solution - Performing data loading activity. - Developing and maintaining the ETL data warehouse. - Providing support for any reporting or ETL or Database issues. - Working on performance tuning of the reports and application. - Working on Data lakes, AWS, S3, IAM, Permission, Glue Jobs, RDS, Red Shift, Azure Synapse, ADSL, Notepad, Pipeline and others. Professional & Technical Skills: • Proficient with Power BI report and dashboard development. • Wellveresed with ETL data warehousing concepts. • Good to have knowledge of SSRS (Sql Server Reporting Services) development. • Working knowledge of SQL query and Python. • Worked on any one of these Database, Microsoft SQL Server database or PostgreSQL. • Work experience on performance tuning of reports, dashboard and data loading jobs. • Good to have experience in AWS, Azure Analytics, Glue, Semarchy and Data lakes. • Ability to work in fast paced environment and should be able to handle multiple tasks gracefully. • Hands on experience in working with Agile Development Methodology. • Experience to work with geographically distributed teams. • Good understanding of complete software development lifecycle methodology. • Power BI or other certification is a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analysis & Interpretation. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
