Description
Role Overview: You will be working with business stakeholders and cross-functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deeply understand the business context and key business questions. Your main responsibilities will include creating Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), guiding them through production deployment, and operationalization of projects. You will also influence the machine learning strategy for Digital programs and projects, make solution recommendations balancing speed to market and analytical soundness, and develop analytical or modeling solutions using various tools like Python, R, and TensorFlow. Additionally, you will be responsible for formulating model-based solutions, designing and visualizing solutions based on evolving requirements, and deploying algorithms to production for identifying actionable insights from large databases. Key Responsibilities: - Work with business stakeholders and cross-functional SMEs to understand business context and key questions - Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and guide them through production deployment - Influence machine learning strategy for Digital programs and projects - Make solution recommendations balancing speed to market and analytical soundness - Develop analytical or modeling solutions using tools like Python, R, and TensorFlow - Formulate model-based solutions and combine machine learning algorithms with other techniques - Design, adapt, and visualize solutions based on evolving requirements - Deploy algorithms to production to identify actionable insights from large databases - Compare results from various methodologies and recommend optimal techniques - Develop and embed automated processes for predictive model validation, deployment, and implementation - Work on multiple pillars of AI including cognitive engineering, conversational bots, and data science - Ensure solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, and maintainability upon deployment - Provide thought leadership in machine learning techniques, tools, and concepts - Facilitate sharing of new ideas, learnings, and best practices across geographies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering at a minimum - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with programming knowledge - Advanced skills in statistical/programming software like R, Python and data querying languages like SQL, Hadoop/Hive, Scala - Hands-on skills in feature engineering and hyperparameter optimization - Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS data management tools - Understanding of descriptive and exploratory statistics, predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning methodologies - Proficiency in statistical concepts and ML algorithms - Knowledge of Agile principles and processes - Ability to lead, manage, and deliver customer business results through data scientists or professional services team - Strong communication skills to share ideas and summarize data analysis assumptions and results - Self-motivated, proactive problem solver who can work independently or in teams (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the Job Description.),
