Job Description

We are seeking a high-calibre Technology PMO to support the Head of Commercial Banking Technology in driving strategic initiatives.
Developing discussion materials or driving agenda for leadership events or TownHalls.
Collaborate with HR and technology leadership team to drive the HC strategy including tracking of open roles and developing analytics to provide insights to senior leadership.
Lead the HC tracking for the org across FTE and FTC population and establishing cadence with the leadership to provide HC summary update.
Independently manage vendor relationships, including vendor onboarding, driving contract closure and onboarding of vendor resources.
Collaborate with internal expense management teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, including proactively resolving any discrepancies or issues.
Manage the budgeting and planning process with internal stakeholders for non-comp expense related to CB Tech.
Provide strategic reporting and analysis related to non-comp budget, spend vs actuals cost saving initiatives and other key metrics.
Independently manage planned activities (CB Tech project status updates, budgeting updates) and ad-hoc requests with the office of the CTO.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, reporting standards and regulatory requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree required, MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

8-12 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, COO Office or a similar role (e.g. CoS, Business Manager, Program management).
Proven ability to work with senior leadership and advise on strategic priorities.
Strong commercial acumen and a proactive solutions oriented mindset.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
