The Technician 1 Innovation and Custom Design role at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences involves supporting improvement, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing methods, techniques, and processes. Reporting to the Team Lead Innovation and Custom Design, this position is located in Bangalore and is an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Communicate with customers and sales representatives to align design and manufacturing requirements. - Prepare guiding documents for manufacturing reagents, test procedures, and reports. - Perform Dose-titrations and experiments to support investigations and data analysis. The essential requirements for this job include: - Bachelor's in Biochemistry/Biotechnology with 1-2 years of experience or - Master's in Biochemistry/Biotechnology with 0-2 years of experience. - Understanding of Flow cytometry. Having previous experience in Flow cytometry testing, both Single color and multi-color, would be an added advantage.
