Technical Writer

Job Responsibilities
Create world class product documentation, with conceptual and task-based contentReview user interface literals and in-application help contentBuild and maintain resources that go beyond traditional documentation, such as video tutorials.Learn complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is easily understood by usersProactively research product changes to determine scope of edits for documentationIndependently write new documentation based on use cases, user stories, information from developers/architects, and use of the productRevise documentation to incorporate product updates and product enhancements requested by customers and internal usersDeliver accurate, customer-facing content on time and with a high degree of qualityHandle documents for multiple products during a time period.

Required Skills & Experience
Ability to learn new technologies quicklyExperience as a software industry technical writer with the knowledge on the fields concepts, practices, and proceduresExcellent English communication skillsExperience working with cross-functional teamsProficiency in extracting subject matter expert knowledge and communicating it in a meaningful wayExperience in creating and maintaining documents with very minimal guidance.Excellent planning, organizational, and execution skills with an ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
