Technical Trainer

As a Technical Trainer at the company in Bengaluru, your primary responsibility is to enhance the capabilities of developers through training sessions and continuous evaluations. Your tasks will include conducting technology training based on defined modules, verifying assignments, mentoring, guiding, and training developers, as well as preparing them for client interviews. You will also be required to emulate live projects during training for a short period, track batch progress, report escalations to management, and execute the training plan effectively.
