Technical trainers prepare and teach classes to help workers learn new skills. Their key responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating training materials, and teaching classes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

REPORTS TO BE SUBMITTED

SUBMISSION TO

Training & Development

Provide initial training to all TOP team Members (On-boarding, Refresher courses, etc.)

Create new TOP-Center Training material or update existing material by describing informational needs, submitting initial versions for review, revising, and editing final copy

Design and develop courses and test plan for end-users

Responsible for the development of staff which will involve the requirement, development, coordination and presentation of training staff and review documentation of procedures shared with the employees

Perform the planning, coordination, and presentation of internal/external training programs including creating, editing, organizing, and maintaining, CYSBOOKS and Microsoft Office files

Reporting

Daily submit all reports to the reporting manager through MIS, ensure that all the fields are completely filled and updated as per the instruction.

Monitor and review the reports sent by the team and give a comment on the basis of the result.

6. ANY OTHER TASKS:

Ø Time to time tasks assigned by the Reporting person

Ø Responsible to attend review meetings

8. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

I. Preferred Knowledge/Education

Ø Should have completed Degree in Computer sciences/IT.

Ø Experience designing technical course material

Ø Knowledge of the Industry Standards and Practices.

II. Experience

Ø Minimum overall experience of 2 - 5 years’

Ø Proven work experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer or similar role.

Ø Ability to Manage and Coordinate

III. Skills required

Ø Prolific computer and digital literacy, Prolific in MS Office, Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques.

Ø Establishes business objectives and translates business objectives into action plans and results, experience leading and developing an effective team.

Ø Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, ability to effectively resolve conflict situations, and able to work collaboratively with managers and staff.

  • NATURE OF WORK

I. Work environment

Ø Works in an office environment, but needs to visit other units based on the need.

Ø Works a standard workweek, but additionally will often work evenings, weekends, and overtime hours to accommodate activities such as meetings, etc.

II. Hours of work

Ø Normal working hours may be required to work outside normal working hours due to the nature of the work in general.
