Technical Trainer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Tiruchirappalli. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, and assisting in the overall training & development programs. Day-to-day tasks include delivering engaging and effective training sessions, preparing technical documentation and materials, assessing training needs, and providing support to trainees.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Training and Training & Development skills
• Excellent Communication and Training skills
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to convey them clearly
• Ability to design and develop training materials
• Experience in using training tools and technologies
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
