Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to guide our development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software analysis and design, a deep understanding of best practices in software development, experience with cloud technologies (especially AWS), and solid expertise in database design and management. Leadership and project management capabilities are essential, as this role bridges the gap between technical execution and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable software applications.
• Architect and implement best practices in software design, code quality, performance optimization, and security.
• Drive and oversee technical decisions, system architecture, and long-term strategies for application development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA to define requirements and deliver quality products.
• Provide mentorship, code reviews, and performance feedback to team members.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for successful project delivery.
• Ensure high availability and performance of applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Design efficient and scalable database structures, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement within the development team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience with software analysis, system design, and architecture.
• Expertise in cloud computing platforms, especially Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Solid understanding of Relational (SQL) and NoSQL database design and optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in agile development, CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing.
• Proven experience in project management, including sprint planning, resource estimation, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with DevOps tools, microservices architecture, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience leading distributed or remote teams.
• Familiarity with frontend and backend frameworks relevant to your tech stack.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools.

Pay: ₹790,559.27 - ₹1,547,822.43 per year
